Recent Ship Log
We don’t chase markets. We pick problems we’d want to solve for the next decade, build the company that solves them, and run it ourselves.
— Rob Pfleghardt, Founder
In Market
6 companies. 2 apps in build. One studio.
LeaderReps LLC
In MarketLeadership conditioning for managers — built through reps, not slide decks.
Most managers are promoted without ever being trained. LeaderReps fixes that with Foundation, a cohort program that turns leadership into a daily practice. Participants run live coaching, deliberate exercises, and Real Reps in their actual work — so the skills stick after the session ends.
CBR Labs LLC
In MarketSCIF-Compliant Hardware Redaction for Government Tablets.
CBR Labs provides permanent hardware redaction (physical removal of cameras/mics) for iPads and Android tablets. NIST 800-171 compliant devices with serial-numbered certificates for US agencies, military SCIFs, and gov-contractors.
VoraPrep LLC
In MarketPass your CPA, EA, CMA, CIA, CISA, or CFP.
An adaptive web and mobile prep platform for six US professional certification exams, combining a Prometric-style simulator, AI tutoring, and a personalized study plan that recalibrates as you practice.
KindKudos
In MarketSend a little kindness. Anonymously.
A live social-good app for sending anonymous kudos that are screened by AI before delivery. Built to make appreciation easy, safe, and genuinely kind.
Gridiron X&O
In MarketFootball strategy, from layman to mastery.
A freemium sports-education game that teaches football strategy and play-calling — a structured curriculum of interactive minigames, simulated decision-making, and chalkboard-style lessons that take a fan from layman to mastery.
ToothHound
In MarketKnow when the tide turns up teeth.
A free web app for fossil shark-tooth hunters — a daily Hunt Score for every beach, a Gemini-backed tooth identifier, and a parcel-level land assessor for hunters who want to buy the dig site, not just visit it.
The Longest Table
In buildBring the neighborhood back to the table.
A platform that helps communities organize and host long-table dinners — the kind that turn strangers into neighbors.
NFL Fantasy Auction Draft
In buildThe auction room, finally done right.
A purpose-built draft room for fantasy football auctions where managers bid on full NFL teams with real-time projections and suggested bids.
SageCG Labs
On the bench.
Three concepts on one shared spine: an AI engine that turns documents into compliant, submission-ready work across permits, public procurement, and insurance claims. If one earns its keep on the bench, it graduates into the portfolio.
ProcureIQ Local
ConceptWin local government work.
A revenue engine for the long tail of city, county, and school-district vendors. ProcureIQ Local surfaces the right bids, scores them against your win history, and drafts a first-pass response — turning public procurement into a repeatable pipeline.
PermitPilot
ConceptPermits, expedited.
An AI permit expeditor for contractors and developers. PermitPilot reads local code, assembles submission-ready packets, predicts blockers before they happen, and tracks every application to approval — collapsing weeks of back-and-forth into a clean workflow.
ClaimsForge
ConceptPhotos in, claims out.
An AI claims copilot for independent adjusters and restoration contractors. ClaimsForge turns field photos, notes, and invoices into carrier-ready narratives and supplements — recovering claim dollars that manual write-ups leave on the table.
Our thesis
Small bets. Long horizons.
The studio compounds patiently. The companies stand on their own.
Operator-first
Every company in the portfolio is one we’d want to run ourselves. We don’t ship ideas we wouldn’t show up to on a Monday.
Built to last
Profitable, durable, useful. We optimize for compounding over fundraising, and for users over hype cycles.
Shared spine
One studio, one back office, one set of tools. Companies ship faster because they share the boring parts.
Independent brands
Each company stands on its own — its own name, audience, and economics. The studio is the scaffolding, not the storefront.
Alumni
Companies that closed a chapter.
Not every chapter stays open forever. These companies served their customers, ran their course, and either closed cleanly or evolved into the next chapter.
Sage Consulting Group Inc.
Revived as studioThe longest-running company in the portfolio. It began with commercial Oracle application implementations, shifted into government Oracle implementations, and later supported the same DoD DAI Oracle E-Business Suite footprint served by OneTeam. After completing that run, it was revived as the SageCG Venture Studio.
OraTemps LLC
Wound downStaff augmentation for federal and commercial Oracle E-Business Suite programs — placing experienced functional leads, super-users, and module specialists into short-cycle implementations and upgrades.
OneTeam Consulting, LLC
Wound downHelp-desk and application support for the Defense Agencies Initiative (DAI), the DoD’s Oracle E-Business Suite ERP. Tier-1 through tier-3 support for end users and program offices across the DAI footprint.
Behind the studio
One operator. Twenty-eight years. A focused portfolio.
